Sir,
I have booked 3 air tickets for my wife, daughter and granddaughter from Kochi to Chennai on 4/1/2025 for flight No.SG 2710 as PNR no. as I6FVXB. All passengers were check in the baggage and the boarding Pass was issued to them as seat Nos 20B,19 A and 19 B on 4/1/2025. But after check in the flight was cancelled. The passengers need to reach Chennai by 11 A m to attend a marriage function. My daughter Simna Nahas and granddaughter Eshal Mariyam came from London on 23/12/2024 in Air India direct flight from London to Kochi to attend this function. So Urgently I booked another flight Indigo 6E 705 departure at 11.10 hrs from Kochi and I have spend Rs.31770/- for this journey. So due to the cancellation of the Spicejet flight, I compelled to spend the additional amount for the journey. An amount of Rs.8750 was refunded and credited to my account. So I request you to refund Rs. 23020/- amount which was additionally spent by me due to the cancellation of the flight. I also requested to allow suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused to the passengers in addition to the additional amount spent by me. If you have not paid the additional amount of Rs.23020/- and the compensation for the inconvenience,
