For the past 15 days, I have been raising a complaint about my Aquaguard Sure under the name Miss Ramandeep Kaur, Address: House No. 583, City Enclave, Dhandra Road, Ludhiana. Nobody has come for the service yet. It has not even been 6 months since I bought it, and it keeps breaking down again and again.

First, I spoke with Mr. Rajinder (Number: 9915793861), but he did not come. Then he gave me the number of Mr. Tajinder Singh from the service center (Number: 9417188509), but he has not been answering my calls. I have been trying to reach him for the past 7–8 days with no response.

The biggest mistake I made was buying an Aquaguard Sure water filter. It is the worst company, with no service at all.

We have reviewed your detail concerning the lack of response from Eureka Forbes following the purchase of an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Such inaction constitutes a clear case of deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
