I purchased the ASUS ROG 8 Pro from ASUS E Store and it was delivered to me on 12/04/2025. However, on the ASUS warranty website, the warranty is shown as having started on 19/03/2025. How is this possible? SOMEONE IS USED BEFORE ME THIS DEVICE. Once a device is first turned on and connected to the internet, the warranty registration starts automatically. But in the case of the my newly purchased ASUS ROG 8 Pro, the warranty started even before the device was turned on. I mailed this enataire issue to online_india@asus.com since from 12/4/2025 but they are not currect response.i want refund.
