I, Bhagyashree Deshpande,
I paid ₱42,000 for a Glutathione IV drip at Avatar Skincare, being told I would receive genuine and high-quality products. However, my experience was disappointing and unsafe.
First, I was given an untrained therapist who repeatedly pricked me and failed to administer the treatment properly, causing pain and discomfort. After a few sessions, I realized I had only received five sessions, not twelve as promised. When I raised this, they claimed another client lost her eyesight from the treatment, and hence they are shutting down Glutathione Treatment and I later read reviews of others almost suffering cardiac arrest.
I asked them for proper, certified products like Dr. Reddy’s or Cipla and requested a trained therapist. Otherwise, I asked for my money back. The clinic refused, saying their policy does not allow refunds and that they do not follow Indian regulations or laws also instructing me to opt for ony other services which are available with them, which are not suitable for me and not required. Despite being promised an email response within five days, they ignored my follow-ups and took no responsibility.
The products they used were cheap and not authentic, and the treatment caused me hyperacidity and bloating. This experience was really bad and i would like to put down formal complaint against Avataar skincare Clinic.
