Good Day,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the non-adjustment of my BajajFinserv EMI payments, the delay in processing the refund due to me, and issues related to the e-mandate update for my loan account.

I have been making regular EMI payments for my loan/account with the firm. However, despite my consistent payments, I have noticed that the EMIs have not been properly adjusted, as clearly evident from the attached Statement of Accounts. Moreover, the refund that I am entitled to, consisting of two separate amounts (₹1282 in November 2024 and ₹1282 in February 2025), has neither been processed nor credited to my account. Although I was informed that the refund had been processed, I have yet to receive it, as confirmed by my bank statement. I even paid the installment of ₹1282 in November a second time. However, I have not paid the installments for March as this issue has been ongoing since the beginning of February and there is no resolution.

Additionally, I was told that my e-mandate was not updated. However, the attached Audit Trail Sheet clearly shows that the e-mandate was updated successfully. I have submitted the required documents to update the mandate several times, yet I continue to be informed that it has not been updated.

I have been in regular communication with the BajajFinserv Grievance Redressal Team since February 2nd, via both emails and phone calls. Despite this, I have only been provided with excuses over excuses, and no concrete solutions have been offered. This has caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. All the earlier said can be proved through email communication to and fro with BajajFinserv.

This ongoing issue has caused me significant inconvenience, and I urge you to take necessary action against BajajFinserv for their non-cooperation in this matter. I am available for further discussion or to provide any additional information to assist in the resolution of this matter.

I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness and urgency it requires. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter and confirm the actions taken to address the issues raised.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Regards,

I've done all the things that you have said. Been in contact with the BajajFinserv local offices and the Grievance Redressal Team since the beginning of February. They keep giving one or the other excuse and no resolution to this issue. It seems like they don't want to solve the issue or even refund the amount. Now, they've threatened to report me to the Credit Bureau for non-payment of EMI. I believe that the only option left is to move legally.

Hello @cibidaniel

I've done all the things that you have said
Great, have you all the documents with you ??

I believe that the only option left is to move legally.
Yes, if the BajajFinserv is not helping you, you can file a case against them.

The process is very simple, you need to create an account in Consumer Commission E-Filing Application

After the verification, you need to upload 4 main files and supporting files.

1) Affidavit
2) Memo of Parties
3) Index
4) Events
5) Proforma

And supporting documents like Addhar Card, Bills, Emails etc... (Depending upon the Event file)

The forum will review your case and files and update you accordingly.

In Consumer Forum, your documentation part should be strong.

If still have a question or need any legal assistance feel free to contact us again..

Thanks.
