sir, I am Aneeshkumar.k, Kulathingal house , Mayannur,Thrissur Dist.679105. I bought a BPL LED TV from Ottapalam Kochukudiyil agencies on 28th august 2023. At that time BPL had already provide 2 year warranty. Dealer said, BPL TV have 3 year warranty including 1 year extra Onam special warranty. TV not working from 29/12/2025. I registered complaint on that day as No: 8078201631-291225. serviceman come for checking and said it is Panel problem. But now Ottapalam Kochukudiyil agencies and BPL company not talking about the onam spacial warranty. Ottapalam Kochukudiyil agencies and BPL company cheating me. Please take necessary action for me to get justice.
