My ev scooter olaS1pro which we bought in 2023 brokedown in the heavy traffic area in the middle of the road and i called ola service centre number no one accepted the call.so i towed the scooter to nearby ev shop for immediate help they said we will look onto it.after knowing that the battery had issues they told us and we went to ola shop they are saying we need to bring within a week and we cannot claim any warranty as we gave to anothee shop.i don't know how come a ev shop will say a statement like this.

I WISH TO PRESS CHARGES AGAINST OLA ELECTRIC FOR NEGLIGENCE AND GIVING EXCUSE FOR NOT GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
