Under this scheme, Care Health insurance would provide cashless professional fees of Drs up to Rs.1500. Suddenly towards the end of 2022. They stopped / discontinued this for Apollo Hospital Dr Syamasis Bandyopadhyay. When contacted. They mentioned some issues and Termination of contract with This Hospital, which Apollo denied such Termination. IRDAI did not investigate and OMBUDSMAN, KOLKATA Was not ready to listen to complainant viewpoints. Care Health refused to give it in writing about Termination of contract with Apollo Hospitals so that one could verify the same. During currency of Policy, if insurance Co backtrack then what is the safety. I have been undergoing expensive immunosuppressive treatment since 2010 for Auto immune disorder, bone marrow failure- 3 time biopsy done. Advised for Autologous Bone Marrow Transplantation
Compensation for mental agony and stoppage of critical treatment
