CARS24 Not Deliver the car RC after 75days of purchase

I have Purchased a Car from Cars24 on 7th August TATA SAFARI - UP16DU0561 , Generally company claimed to handover the transferred and deliver the RC copy in 30-45 Days. But now it is more than 75 Days and company has not giving any specific delay reason or clear update.

Generally RTO takes only 3-4 working days for RC transfer and physical RC handover for intra-state transfer. I have paid around 8000 for this process to Cars24. which is double the actual transfer amount but cars24 taking more than 120 days which is not acceptable.

I am unable to process fast tag and have to pay double toll and parking charges as well as facing difficulty in apartment check In and check out.

Cars24 is unable to provide the solution for same.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send a WhatsApp request (917428898224) and email at (care@cars24.com) to the customer care department of the Cars24 Services Private Limited, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to provide the RC of your car and also ask them for the compensation.

This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
