I've placed an order on ajio with order id FN5499701297 costing INR 2427/- COD mode.
The order was supposed to be delivered between 8th-10th june. On 8th of June, the delivery partner from shadowfax called and confirmed my location. Although I waited for my parcel, there was a continuous spamming of cancellation otp and when I called back, the delivery partner said that the cancellation was initiated by mistake and he will deliver the order next day.
On 9th of june, i received the call and partner handed over my parcel. Although I was suspicious at first because there was no invoice, and no ajio packaging as well. It came in the packet of shadowfax and when I requested to open it infront, the delivery partner denied saying it's not open box delivery. 5 minutes later, I recieved a call from him saying there's another same order with same products and when I denied accepting it, he said it might be glitch and requested an cancellation otp. While opening the parcel I was shocked as it was completely different used products and the order was still being shown undelivered.
On 10th of june,I got notified that my main order has been cancelled and in this way, I was fooled by the delivery partner, delivery app and AJIO.
I've raised several complaints with complaint id COM00108208009 and several emails but there is no satisfactory response from the team.
It was so disgusting to receive a betrayal of rs 2427 and I have genuine no hopes from the team as per their behaviour.
