My name is JAGMAL SINGH. My contact number is 9255050248. I have Purchased a Geyser from CHROMA Yamuna Nagar on date 05-11-2025. There was a salesperson named Ram Avtar who give us advise to purchase this Chrome brand Geyser for better service. After payment success they delayed 5 to 6 days for installation. Then Geyser stopped working after one hour of installation. I have tried raised a complaint by customer support service but there is no option to connect. I have taken Salesperson phone number, so I called him 100 times in 3 days nut he did not answer the call. after that I have visited to the showroom of Chroma brand where I have purchased this Geyser and registered my complaint. service person had come after 3 days he told me that geyser motherboard is faulty it will change in 1-2 days. but after 10 to 15 days faulty motherboard did not replace. In this time period I have visited 3 to 4 times for repair or replacement of my Geyser, but the showroom customer care told me that "they booked a wrong complaint against my Geyser and now they had replaced a new complaint of part replacement" and give me a deadline time period of Friday 12-12-2025 for replacement or repair my Geyser. So, I have contact again on the deadline date 12-12-2025 for resolve my issue now again they are making a new story that a faulty part is received against my faulty motherboard please wait for next resolution.
When I say I will go to the consumer court the service support madam inside Chroma showroom told me that you can go there and raise a complaint.
At this time, A complete month have been spent I had suffered mentally and physically both enough. Now I do not want to wait for repair anymore. I want my money back or a new replacement for Geyser.
Please help me.

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to customersupport@croma.com outlining your issue, including order details and any previous correspondence and request to Refund/Replacement of Geyser within 7 days.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Croma a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
