I want to file a complaint against Club Exotica for cheating and providing false promises. The company took ₹64,000 from me through an offline process by assuring attractive holiday packages and benefits. They built false trust and convinced me to make the payment by promising services that they have not provided.


After receiving the payment, they keep giving new schemes and excuses on every call instead of delivering the promised services. There has been no proper response, no booking confirmation, and no refund. I feel mentally harassed and financially cheated.


I request strict action against the company and a refund of my hard-earned money as soon as possible.

am writing to formally request the cancellation of my Club Exotica membership. When I first joined, I was informed that I would receive four complimentary dinners per year. However, during my birthday, I was told by your representative, Prateek, that the buffet system was not available at my location and that I should pay the bill, which would later be reimbursed. I paid Rs. 2,000 out of a Rs. 5,000 bill, but the reimbursement was never processed.

Later, I inquired about New Year passes and was told none were available. I also requested a family vacation booking, sending an email on January 23rd, but only received a reply on February 4th. The suggested property was not suitable, so I requested a change and provided a new date of March 1st. Despite multiple reminders, I received no further response. As a result, I had to self-fund my vacation.

Given these repeated issues and lack of support, I find no benefit in continuing this membership. I request that you deduct any applicable charges and refund the remaining balance of Rs. 35,000 that I paid at the time of booking. Alternatively, if a refund is not possible, please assist in selling the membership so that I may recover my funds.
