A sales representative of Club Exotica approached us at Hotel, Udaipur and requested us to fill up a promotional form. We were informed that we had been selected for a special holiday membership presentation and would receive attractive benefits.

On the same day, we received a phone call from the company's sales representative and were invited to attend a presentation at Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Roopnagar, Udaipur along with my wife.
Venue:
Ramada Encore by Wyndham, Plot No. 3, Shobhagpura Bypass Road, 100 Feet Road, Near Occasion Garden,
Bhuwana, Udaipur, Rajasthan – 313001.
During the presentation, the representatives of the company made several assurances and promises to convince us to purchase the membership.
They specifically represented that:
Point 1 - We were assured that we would receive stays in premium/luxury hotels and resorts through the membership.
Point 2 -We were informed that booking holidays would be easy and hassle-free and that the membership would provide the promised benefits.
Point 3- We were assured that the membership would provide good value for money and the facilities explained during the presentation would be available.
Believing these representations and assurances to be true, we decided to purchase the membership.
Payment Details -
On 09 November 2025, relying upon the promises and representations made by the company's representatives, we purchased the Club Exotica Holiday Membership for a total consideration of ₹43,000.
The payment was made as follows:
₹15,000 paid through Google Pay (UPI).
₹28,000 paid through Credit Card.
Copies of the payment receipt/invoice are attached herewith.
