I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order (Order ID: 219167318068496).
I had ordered two items — Spring Roll and Momos, but I received two types of Momos instead (Steamed and Fried Momos). This was clearly not what I ordered, and it caused inconvenience during our meal.
When I contacted customer care, I was issued a ₹136 coupon code as compensation. However, when I tried to place another order (two items costing ₹99 each), my final bill showed ₹265 even after applying the ₹136 coupon, which makes no sense mathematically. I would like a proper explanation for how this bill was calculated.
Additionally, I’ve faced a similar issue before, where my order was cancelled by the restaurant after waiting for over an hour. This repeated inconvenience has caused a lot of frustration — even my wife was upset due to these repeated issues.
I feel harassed and extremely disappointed by the repeated service failures. Swiggy should take full responsibility for these errors. I request immediate resolution — either a full refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience
