This is an attempt to make the consumers in the country aware of the practices being followed by livspace. This is probably the worst brand created in this, all in the pretext of good branding and having a corporate tag which consumers like us start believing to be trusted. There has to be some government action against them to not let them take customers for a ride. Having worked in a corporate culture myself for almost 2 decades, I can all but hope that we can stop corporations like Livspace from taking advantage of consumers.

What was meant to be an exciting journey of designing our dream home has turned into a 8-month-long nightmare with Livspace.

We started the project in November 2024, paid 50% advance, and yet — the house remains unfinished to this day. We’ve now reached a point where Livspace is supposed to refund nearly 10% of the project value due to unfulfilled commitments.

This might sound like just two lines ,but this is after umpteen number of emails, daily follow ups and requests which mostly fell on deaf ears. I am made to understand that this is the case with all their customers, they have been accused of harassments, fraud by many consumers. Yet they continue. I dont think there would be many corporations with so many complaints like Livspace and yet there is no action against them and the people who are making consumers suffer.

The entire experience has been deeply disappointing:
• Total lack of coordination between the design and execution teams
• Design team was unresponsive and misaligned from the start
• Execution team delivered poor workmanship, often needing our constant intervention
• Timelines breached repeatedly, with zero ownership
• Even formal complaints and legal escalation have made no difference

We feel trapped, and completely at the mercy of the system.They owe us Rs 2,70,000 and much pending work, for which we continue to follow up. We have been asked to sign a document which can waive off all our rights before they will refund our money. The team has been telling us that their legal team is strong and they will be handling everything. It is all mocry of the country's legal system.

I’m sharing this to alert fellow homeowners — do your due diligence before choosing Livspace or similar turnkey interior providers.
