i am an account holder of idfc first bank jaipur branch account no - 10084422556
on 01 st oct 2025 an amount of rs 3,75,000 was debited from my account due to wrong transaction.
i am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the repeated rejection of my chargeback request by bank of baroda.
despite continues follow-ups from my side my bank IDFCFIRST BANK has already submitted the required indemnity letter to bank of baroda.
furthermore, multiple emails have been sent requesting initiation and processing of charge back . however bank of baroda has consistently rejected the chargeback request without providing a satisfactory explanation or following transparent resolution process, this has caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience and the matter still remains unresolved.
i look forward to your immediate attention and resolution
