Sir/Madam, I have purchased a mobile handset of Honor company through Amazon e commerce site on 29/11/2024. after a few months of use i noticed some lines on the display. I informed the matter to the company and as per their suggestion i approached their authorized service center at Ernakulam. They asked for one and half months for the display to be arrived. And last month i received a message from the service center that they stopped servicing Honor mobiles. Now I have no idea what to do. So I am seeking a solution to my problem through Consumer court.
