Hello,

My name is Jaison in the year 2022 3rd of December, I got a call from Fala Holidays Packages saying I have won the gift and asked to come and collect it at Fala Holidays Packages which is put up in kr Puram.

When we reached there that had offered the travel plan which they made forcefully to acknowledge and for the payment of the travel plan.

They suggested to opt for an yes bank credit card and once received the card made the payment attached screenshot for the same.

We have not used any service from them till now and not getting any proper response from them.

Now I see that the Fala Holidays Packages in kr Puram are closed.

Requesting whoever is looking into this complaint to address this issue and help us in getting back out amount.

As we are middle class people this amount is very huge which we cannot bear if it's taken by some one without using it.

I pleading to do the needful.
