The experience I received this time, is holding potential to be the last time I am ordering from INSTAMART.
I'm attaching the screenshot of the order with the order ID (245134552197649) and the name of delivery agent.
The agent (ph num: 9073220366) first of all misbehaved from the start. Never bothered to call me and then when after the customer care intervened we connected and then he started blaming me for providing the wrong address as if I'm putting my address for the first time and submitting the order.
And this isn't the worst part. He started blabbering like ''এরা এরকমই হয়, ফোন তোলে না, যত্তসব!!!" Which roughly translates to 'we' as of we HINDUS never picks up the call. And then afterwards, afterwards when he arrived, he expects me to properly go out and kind of welcome him from the mouth of alley and he expects me to also get the order from there also. HE WON'T DELIVER TO 'DOORSTEP' which is a very new thing for me cause I've never faced this kind of racial profiling and this kind of behavior from the delivery agent before. He also gloated about his service for roughly 20yrs as if nothing will happen for his actions.
I request INSTAMART to take quick and proper action against this RACIST delivery agent.
