I had placed an order on AJIO (order number - FN5900704664, date of order - 21st sept, 2025, and item details - fossil watch). Since then, the delivery date has been changed multiple times without any valid reason. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one from AJIO has taken responsibility or given a clear resolution.

The constant rescheduling has caused inconvenience and loss of trust in the service. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as I was assured delivery within a specific time frame at the time of purchase.

Relief Sought:

Immediate delivery of my order OR prompt refund.

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances beyond the control of the delivery personnel or the service provider. This is quite common in many cases:
  • Food deliveries may sometimes be delayed slightly but are usually delivered within a reasonable time.
  • E-commerce purchases may arrive 2–3 days later than the expected date, especially due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
Such short delays are generally considered acceptable and fall within a reasonable time frame. However, if there is an unreasonable delay, or if the product or service is not delivered at all, you have every right to take action.

This show Delivery date 12th December but now show 15th December. I want this product today means 13th December otherwise cancel this Delivery and one thing again we are not order anything in this Ajio app. Ajio app not have time sense..
