Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint against Ajio, a leading e-commerce platform, for delivering a wrong order and failing to respond to my repeated emails and complaints.

Details of the Order:
- Order Number: FN5446607880
- Date of Order: 12 May' 25
- Product Ordered: SVARAA
- Product Delivered: GOSRIKI

Despite multiple emails and complaints, Ajio has failed to respond or take any action to resolve this issue. I request the consumer court to take necessary action against Ajio for their negligence and deficiency in service.

I have attached copies of my emails and order details for your reference.

I ordered on ajio on 9th dec25 of 2 dresses and today I have received call from ajio team dt. 11.12.25 on 12.05 I have recorded calls of them they said your order is cancelled due to system issues if you have reorder then pls. Pay again your first order payment of rs. 1300 then your order will be confirmed and received your payment immediately... Contact no is 82820832629 for repayment and first time order will gave you discount of rs.99 so you pay only 1200.1 the i will pay of Rs.1200.01 but she said again you have to pay rs.1200.1 because you pay of rs.1200.01 so our system is not taking this mistake so you pay again same amount that i told you then all payment will be received on your account immediately.... then she said wait i will call forwarding to our team then she is understanding to you....then she is messaging me on wapp ki aapko or 3999 ka payment krna pdega then all money will come to your account immediately but still no payment received and vo bolne lgi ki aapka order hold pe he or hold pe hi rahega jb tk aap payment nhi kroge to mene bola mera pura account khali ho gya he only 400 bcha he to me abhi nhk kr skti to unhone mere sath arguments kiya bola nhi denge aapka paise or na order release krenge jb tk aap payment nhi kroge. or muze ek hi mob no se bola gya he ye sb 82820832629.... request you all of my friends who is reading this my feedback of ajio ....much fraud are doing in this ajio site..
 
I lost my money...pls. request you don't order like this and don't make any payment ....see attached screenshot
