I placed an order with AJIO under Order ID: FN3982805823 and received the incorrect item on 11 October 2026. I raised a complaint regarding the incorrect delivery on the same day.
Despite submitting photographic evidence, AJIO rejected my return request and denied responsibility for the incorrect delivery without providing any verifiable proof. AJIO subsequently cancelled my return request and sent me an email stating that the return request had been cancelled as per my request, even though I had not requested its cancellation. Despite my raising the return request again, AJIO closed the matter without providing any detailed proof or justification.
I consider this a deficiency in service and seek a full refund, appropriate compensation for the mental harassment and time wasted, and a formal investigation into this matter.
