I ordered a pair of sneakers from Ajio, I received the product of 10th October and on the very same day I raised a return request due to quality issues of the sneakers. The product was about to picked up on the very next day but it still hasn't been picked up and its been a week. First they said that I have my self requested for later pick up which is wrong, then they said that I am not answering the delivery team phone call but I didn't even got a call from their end and on top of that the delivery man's number is switched off. I have contacted the customer care more than 10 times, everytime they file a complain then assure it to be solved. But nothing has happened yet and today they disconnected my call without giving proper details about the return.
