Respected Sir/Madam,
I have ordered BLUNT earbuds on last July 13th in prepaid method.still it's not delivered.I am extremely disappointed with your service. My product has still not been delivered, and despite sending multiple emails to care@goblunt.com, I have not received any response from your team.I have paid for the product .
Ignoring customer concerns is unacceptable. I expect an immediate update on the status of my order and a clear explanation for the delay.
While I'm tracking the product,it was returned already to your hub.
Please treat this as urgent and respond without any further delay. I hope the company will take this complaint seriously and resolve it at the earliest.
