I had consulted for face laser hair removal in the month of Dec 2024. I specifically mentioned that I had suffered laser burns from a different saloon and would want only 1 aesthetician to do the procedure and I also was very specific about my sensitive skin. The first 2 sessions were good however the 3rd session was done by a different aesthetician. I trusted the saloon as they have trained aesthetician however the lady ended up burning my neck and my chin which caused second degree burns. I did not realise this in the saloon that my condition was worse. After the session I was waiting for half an hour to consult their in house doctor as I was feeling discomfort, my neck and face was burning after 40 mins or so I was able to meet the doctor who prescribed a steroid cream for the burns. After reaching home I called the saloon there was no response I called them again and again in the evening the doctor responded and sent a prescription. However the damage was already done the doctor was inadequate to answer any of my concerns. The lady ignored my messages I was only concerned about my skin so I consulted my personal dermatologist who treated me for the burns. I had opted for EMI as I was not ready to pay the full amount in 1 short since I wanted to give it a short. I called the saloon several times for a week was unable to reach out to them however the very next week I contacted them and ask to cancel my membership for which they mentioned that they will let the management know. I did not want to take any strict action as I was considerate about the aesthetician job. However the saloon failed to cancel my membership, I have a very busy schedule due to my work and I'm did not check my statement however I recieved a message regarding my payment for the EMI. I was stunned for a while as I asked them to cancel and they promise that they will do it but they did not I contacted the saloon again this time I was very anger. The person I spoke to mentioned that I will recieve a call from an CRM. I spoke to the CRM the same day who mentioned that they will resolve the issue and refund the amount for previous month. Note: I did not avail the services but I was paying for it, The rep mentioned they will give me a call back after 24 hours however they failed to do so, I called the person the next day and my calls were ignored, I would like to make an appeal that bodycraft is a saloon who makes money based on customers vulnerability they do not care about their clients well fare, they just want to upsell their packages. I hope I get justice I have also posted a review on their website for reference, I will also be attaching snips of the burns along with the medication which I was prescribed which have also caused post steroid acne. I hope I get justice for what I have suffered. I have also attached medical document from my doctor.
