Hi,
I had tried booking 2 tickets for movie Sitaare Zameen par through Book my show with registered mobile number -870######83.
I was in a low network area and the transaction was taking time so I had cancelled it. However, I received a CSAT survey message from INOX around 10:00PM today which felt weird to me as I believed that the tickets were never booked. I checked my transaction history and the amount was debited from my account.
I spoke to their customer care representative Sanika and she told me that the tickets were confirmed. Whereas after cancelling the transaction I did check my order history and it showed no orders. I even checked it now, It showed no order and I’m not able to attach a screen recording in this complaint (I’m not able to It does not give me the option) for the same proving that despite being logged in with my registered mobile number it shows no orders. However, i’ve sent the recording to all their email id’s. Now the team says that you checked in as a guest user, then why was not mobile number otp verified at the login. That Sanika very randomly said that the confirmations are sent. A learned human would check their account history only right to see if any booking was done. I had checked their website and my order wasn’t placed and it is very clear from the screenshot I’ve attached as it shows no past orders as well.
Moreover, their support department has closed my tickets 4 times and the emails that they have provided are wrong and the email is not being sent to their senior department.
I need a refund of the amount 1032 from them as I did not visit the theatre thinking that no Booking was done from my number ( Which is still not showing in my login history).
