I, Arathi Methalepurayil, would like to file a complaint against a clothing brand on Instagram called Sana by Suji Kannan. On May 8th, 2025, I had placed an order for a suit set worth Rs1770. I received a mail regarding the confirmation of order. They claim to ship within India in 1-7days. Since I didn't receive any updates on the product, I mailed them regarding the same on May 19th. 2025. They replied(on 20th May, 2025) by providing a phone number. On the Whatsapp phone call conversation, they said it will have a delay of 1-2 days. I called and mailed them multiple times since then. No response to phone calls or mails.
