I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention a serious issue, I am facing with my newly ( 3 years) purchased scooter. The vehicle has causing repeated and unsafe problems, which the dealer ( service center) has failed to resolve despite multiple services.
I purchased a SUZUKI MOTERCYCLE (I) PVT LTD, ACCESS 125 DISC SE (ALLOYE WHEEL) from JAYAN AUTO PVT LTD , Showroom & service center, Door no: 11-6-83 to 87 and 11-6-88 to 92, Moosapet Y- junction , kukatpally, hyderabad -500072, tel no 6281732403, 040-23707757. on Dated 06/04/2022, bearing registration number TS08HZ5695 on my Daughter Name . Lingam. Vaishnavi. Since the date of purchase the scooter has been giving trouble and is not performing as promised.
The following are the key issues:
1. SUDDEN STOPPING IN TRAFFIC : The scooter is unexpectedly stops while in motion, especially during traffic. This creates a dangerous situation and poses a risk to my safety and to others on the road.
2. STUCKING SOUND IN LOW SPEED:
Whenever i drive at low speeds, the scooter produces a strange strucking sound from the engine or internal parts , indicating serious mechanical issue.
I have taken the scooter to the service center , but issue has not been resolved. These defects are affecting my daily commuting and mental stress, inconvenience , and risk to life. I believe this falls under Deficiency in service and supply of defective goods under the consumer protection Act.
I hereby request the Hon'ble Forum to:
1. Direct the manufacturer/ dealer to either repair the defects completely, or
2. Provide a replacement of the vehicle, or
3. Refund the full amount paid along with appropriate compensation and mental agony caused.
I am enclosing RC . AND BILL INVOICE COPY.
I hope for a swift resolution and justice in this matter.
