The parcel has been send from maharastra to ahmedabad as it expected to deliver with in 2 days as it contains perishable food items it is been one month the concern person is not responding and the call number is wrong DTDC courier in ahmedabad shadowfax and the phone number they provide is also fake they are not picking the call and it shows number doesn't exist the parcel is still not delivered and leads to loss of money and Mental agony for me.

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
