Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against DTDC Courier Services regarding a parcel that was marked as delivered but was never received by us.
On 24th April, we ordered a saree from Laxmi Bouquet website, which was to be delivered by 29th April through DTDC Courier.
However, despite the tracking status showing "delivered," we never received the parcel.
On 2nd May, we contacted DTDC customer service and lodged a complaint. We were told the issue would be resolved in 24-48 hours, but there has been no action or follow-up from their side.
We made repeated follow-up calls on 12th, 14th, and 15th May, and each time they opened a new complaint instead of tracking the old one. No progress has been made till date.
DTDC's customer service has been extremely negligent, offering no updates, no resolution, and showing complete disregard for the inconvenience caused.
I have spent considerable time and effort trying to get a resolution, which has been mentally exhausting and emotionally distressing.
I request the Consumer Forum to take strict action against DTDC for:
Misleading delivery status.
Irresponsible handling of customer complaints.
Lack of accountability and customer communication.
I am also seeking compensation for the undelivered item and the mental stress caused by this ordeal.
Looking forward to your immediate intervention in the matter.
