Complaint against ElanaWear for defective and misleading product delivery

I got scammed tooo i also ordered 3 denim jeans from (elanawear.in which was instagram page/website) for rupees 1500 but got 2 denims which were way too dirty and unhygienic, when i checked back the seller's page was unreachable and I'm not able to contact ..( i got this shipment from XpressBees delivery and payment is done on that as well,... i also contacted the XpressBees customer care ... so that i get to know from where they pickup the shipment... but didn't get much information....also got a msg (the order is received from Shipowl1 ).

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
