Despite repeated calls, emails, and follow-ups, no technician has visited to resolve the issue. The purifier has remained non-functional for an extended period, causing serious inconvenience.
This clearly constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, since the company failed to provide the services promised under warranty period.
"I directly took my machine to the authorised service centre at Mongam in Malappuram district on 12/03/2026 and gave it there. But they didn’t give me any receipt. They said they would call me back.
It’s been over a week with no response, so when I kept calling continuously, they kept delaying by saying ‘2 days, 3 days’.
Even after 2 months now, there has been no response from their side."
