I received a pair of shoes that are completely different from the product shown in the advertisement and listed on the website.
I have already sent an email to the vendor regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. The company name is Haritu Trading Pvt. Ltd.
This appears to be a fraudulent company that advertises genuine products but delivers fake or different items. Furthermore, the contact numbers and email ID provided on their website are either fake or non-functional, making it impossible to contact them.
I request you to take appropriate action against this company to prevent other customers from being cheated. I also request assistance in obtaining a refund for my order.
