I would like to draw your kind attention towards the low quality construction of Ananth Apartment, Station Road, Puri - 752002 by Girikunj Tradelink. I had brought this issue to the notice of Mr. Arun Paul, Mr. Ashish Tiwary and Mr. Volanath Patra number of times. But they were always finding some excuse like the apartment's proximity to sea causing damage to the walls and no responsibility of Girikinj after the hand over to the flat owner etc. But I had always expressed my concern regarding right mix of cement and sand not used, less water sprinkling on walls plus leakage of water pipelines due to low quality pipelines and fittings which they were not ready to accept and act accordingly.

We have been compelled to spend so much money on repair of interior walls. It was the responsibility of Girikunj Tradelink to hand over good quality flat as we had paid huge amount of money.

Kindly help in recovering the amount spent by us towards the repair of interior walls (colouring done 3 times) due to water leakage in walls and take strict action against the concerned authority.
