I would like to file a formal complaint against the below-mentioned company for deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and non-refund of advance payment: The complaint number of Indiamart is 10141084.

I was in contact with Mr. Sidhant, representing the above company, for the purchase of 3 laptops. A Proforma Invoice was issued to us on 3rd February 2026, based on which we were asked to pay 50% advance.
Accordingly, we paid an advance amount of ₹33,000 on 6th February 2026.
Initially, the concerned person was responsive over calls and emails until 14th February 2026. Subsequently, after repeated follow-ups, we received communication stating that the amount would be refunded, with the last assurance given on 2nd March 2026.
However, since 2nd March 2026, the company and the concerned person have completely stopped responding to our calls and emails. Despite continuous efforts from our side, there has been no delivery of laptops and no refund of the advance amount.
