Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a formal complaint against Jio Fibre for continuous poor internet service and failure to resolve my complaints despite repeated follow-ups.
I have been using Jio Fibre broadband for the last 2 years. However, for the past 2 months, my internet connection has not been working properly. I am subscribed to a 30 Mbps plan, but I am consistently receiving speeds of below 10 Mbps. Due to this issue, videos frequently get stuck and the internet becomes unusable.
I have raised complaints with Jio customer care more than 8 times. Engineers have visited my residence 5 times, but every time they give vague reasons such as “network issue” or say “everything is fine now.” Unfortunately, after they leave, the same problem occurs again.
One engineer even shared his personal contact number and assured me that my set-top box would be replaced, asking me to call him the next day. It has now been 4 days, and he is not answering calls, nor has any replacement been done.
Additionally, the service tickets that I raise on the Jio App are getting automatically marked as resolved without actually fixing the issue. This has been happening repeatedly for the last two months.
Due to this ongoing problem, my family and I are under constant stress and inconvenience. This behavior clearly amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as per the Consumer Protection Act.
I kindly request the concerned authority to take necessary action against Jio Fibre and direct them to either:
I am ready to provide all supporting documents such as complaint numbers, speed test screenshots, and payment details if required.
I request your urgent intervention in this matter.
