On 21st June 2025, I initiated a relocation request for my JioAirFiber connection. On 24th June, the devices at my old location was picked up and I booked a slot for 25th June for installation. On 25th June and after, no technicians have arrived for installation and we were fed up as we needed the connection urgently. I asked for a complete disconnection of the account, as I was disappointed with the support. However, my amount of Rs. 1111 that I have paid for relocation was not credited to me. I still see the status of installation as "On Hold" and not cancelled. Also, I had paid the bill for the month of 16th June to 15th July worth Rs. 1061. I'm raising a formal complaint here to Jio for the complete refund of the amount of Rs. 1959 (including the amount of Rs. 1111 for relocation and Rs. 848 for the remaining balance of the bill, from 22nd Jun to 15th July).
