We are writing to formally lodge a complaint against Livpure regarding the unresolved service request for my water purifier, which is still under warranty. Despite repeated follow-ups and multiple calls to customer care, there has been no proper response or resolution from your side.

The purifier has been completely non-functional since October 2025—water is not getting dispensed at all, making it totally unusable. It has remained powered off since then. We raised on 6th October 2025 yet even after numerous calls, reminders, no technician has visited, and the issue remains unresolved. Each time We contact customer care, We receive false assurances and empty promises that the problem will be addressed “soon.” This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience and health risks due to the lack of clean drinking water - which is a basic necessity.

Please note:
  • Product is under warranty.
  • If this delay continues and the warranty expires during this time, I will not be responsible for any additional service charges incurred due to Livpure’s negligence.
  • The responsibility lies solely with Livpure for failing to provide timely support.
I request the concerned authorities and the consumer forum to take immediate action against Livpure and ensure that my service request is resolved without further delay. If this matter is not addressed within 2 days, I will be compelled to escalate this complaint to higher consumer rights bodies and pursue legal action.
