I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Livpure Water Purifier Service for neglecting my service request.

  • Service Request Date: 11th January 2026
  • Issue: Despite raising a service request, no technician has visited my premises to resolve the problem.
  • Customer Care Response: The customer care executive provided me with the contact details of the location head and in‑charge. However, they too have neglected my repeated follow‑ups.
  • Impact: Due to this negligence, I am compelled to purchase drinking water from outside to survive, which is causing financial and health inconvenience.
This clearly reflects deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as the company has failed to provide timely support for a critical household necessity.

I request the Consumer Forum to kindly:

  1. Direct Livpure to immediately resolve my service issue.
  2. Ensure compensation for the hardship and additional expenses incurred.
  3. Take appropriate action to prevent such negligence in the future.
