My name is Sharon Tuna Vaz Pereira i am a home chef have a very small catering service. Last night I had booked the Porter online to deliver the food parcel,the driver vehicle number WB-08-S-1580 Mukesh Prasad to deliver the food New town Action Area Kolkata, half way he called me saying that bag broke and food spilled on the road.
The delivery bag is solid cloth not possible to break and the container were solid plastic closed tightly ,I have used it for other deliveries too
The total cost of the food was 3659.

The driver was driving so rashly that the bag broke !the food on the road.

I had to make the food again for the same customer and called rapido to deliver,I put the in plastic container and bags the delivery reached safely .

Please take my complaint seriously,I can't afford to loose money.
