I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint against Reliance Digital, for their failure to provide services I have already paid for, causing severe emotional distress and health issues.

Details of the Complaint:
1. Fridge Installation Delay:
• I purchased a ₹3,00,000 refrigerator from Reliance Digital.
• The installation was delayed for six months despite multiple follow-ups.
• No resolution was provided until the situation escalated, and I had to repeatedly request service.
2. Samsung AC Installation Delay:
• On March 28, I purchased a Samsung AC from Reliance Digital.
• Since that time, I have followed up numerous times but have received no response. The AC has still not been installed.
• Despite my emails and phone calls, no action has been taken by Reliance Digital.
3. Lack of Customer Support:
• I have sent multiple emails and made numerous phone calls to Reliance Digital to resolve these issues.
• However, I did not receive any response from your customer service team. I was left to follow up continuously without any action or assistance from your team.
4. Emotional and Physical Distress:
• The ongoing delays and lack of service have caused me severe emotional distress, including headaches and heartburn, as well as heightened anxiety and anger.
• The lack of action and disregard for customer well-being is inexcusable and has caused significant personal hardship.

Request for Relief:

Given the severe inconvenience and emotional distress caused, I am requesting the following:
1. Immediate installation of the Samsung AC, as promised and paid for.
2. Compensation for mental anguish and the physical discomfort caused by the delays, amounting to ₹1 Crore, due to the extreme distress, headaches, and heartburn this has caused.
3. A formal apology from Reliance Digital acknowledging their failure in customer service.

Hello @HarshitaChaturvedi Ji

I'm sorry to hear about your distressing experience with Reliance Digital. To address the non-delivery of services and the emotional distress caused, consider the following steps:

  1. Document All Communications:
    • Keep a detailed record of all interactions with Reliance Digital, noting dates, times, names of representatives, and summaries of discussions.
    • Retain copies of all written communications, such as emails and chat transcripts.
  2. File a Formal Complaint:
    • If initial contact does not resolve the issue, consider filing a formal complaint through Reliance Digital's official channels.
    • Send a notice via Registered Post, clearly outline the nature of your grievance, the impact it has had on you, and the resolution you seek.

  3. File case in Consumer Forum:
    • If you have not received any reply even after 7 days, you have strong reason to file a case against them in the Consumer Forum.

I am writing to file a formal consumer complaint against Reliance Digital, GT Road kanpur. They said that the engineer will visit and provide fix to the technical issue. I have already paid for the purchase heavily, but they do not give customer satisfaction. They cause severe emotional distress and health issues.

I had bought a 32 inch Hyundai TV from Reliance Digital and also took a 3 years Reliance Resq plan that means 2 + 3 years warranty. Now I had lodged the first complaint on 14-10-2025. They removed that complaint without doing anything and then I complained again. I filed it, but there was no response until today. When I called in October, I was told to do whatever I had to do. Today, on December 23, 2025, I called customer care, but they said it would be done. Then I said it had been 2.5 months. My mother is 82 years old. I bought a new TV for her to watch something. I need a refund now. They deleted the complaint. Now I want my TV money back, plus the resq plan money.
