In October 2024, I contacted SEQUEL SAFETY TRAINING & CONSULTING after seeing their positive Google reviews and advertisements received to my email, intending to join their ISO 45001 course. During the initial conversation, they strongly convinced me to also register for the NEBOSH IGC course. Trusting their words, I made a total payment of ₹58,000 by 6th November 2024 for both courses.

After that, things started going downhill. No classes were ever started, and no registration was done. When I followed up with Ms. Amala, Ms. Regina & Ms. Rexi, they told me that registration would only happen once 10 candidates enrolled, a condition that was never disclosed before payment.

In January 2025, I requested a refund, but they kept giving vague assurances that the registration would happen soon. Since then, I’ve been trying to contact them through phone calls and messages, but they have completely stopped responding.

It’s now been nearly six months , and I have neither received any service nor a refund. I am extremely worried that I have lost my hard earned money due to their unprofessional and deceptive practices.

Sincerely,

Nishadh A
