I placed an order on Tecvoza.com for an E-paper notebook / e-reader, but instead of the ordered product, I received a fake headphone, which is completely unrelated to my purchase.
This is not a minor mistake but a serious case of wrong product delivery and potential consumer fraud. I have clear proof of the order details and images of the item received, which do not match the product advertised or purchased.
I have attempted to raise this issue for resolution, but there has been no satisfactory response so far. I am requesting immediate action, either:
