dear sir i have purchase a water cooler from flipkart for my parents and delivered in bihar of brand name Thomson India company which was delivered by by company , when i reach to Bihar at my home town i have started cooler and found faulty i have immediately responded to flipkart and they told me to approach thomson india because product is under warranty then i approached to thomson india and registered complaint dated - 07 june 2025 but now today whose complaint number ID is SRVZ-ORD-26092281999 , now company is asking more amount for replacement and refund and not providing service for repairing it has been two months already gone kindly do the needful on urgent basis .
