Respected Sir/Madam,

I, Naina Varandani, am filing this complaint against the dental aligner company Toothsi for failing to provide the service for which I had paid in full.

The details of my case are as follows:

I enrolled for an aligner treatment package with Toothsi and the last aligner I received was in September 2024.

Since December 2024, I have been regularly contacting their customer care team, but every time, they only generate tickets with no further progress or resolution.

A re-scan was finally conducted on 23rd June 2025, but even after that, there has been no update or delivery of the next set of aligners.

I have also had multiple discussions with their doctors and support team, but my issue remains unresolved to date.

As of now, it has been over 8 months with no progress in my treatment.

I have recently relocated for higher studies, and hence, I am no longer in a position to continue with the treatment.

Given the complete lack of service, excessive delay, and negligence on their part, I kindly request the Consumer Forum to intervene and help me secure a full refund of the amount paid, to be processed to my original mode of payment.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Toothsi, formally requesting for the refund. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
