Dear Team,
I would like to file a formal complaint against Traya for its misleading advertisements and false marketing claims.
Over the past several months, I have seen numerous advertisements for Traya across social media platforms, where the brand uses celebrities and content creators to promote its products. Based on these advertisements and the promises made by the company, I decided to trust the brand and purchased their hair care products and supplements.
Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different from what was advertised. Despite using the supplements as directed, I have not seen any improvement in my hair growth or hair fall. In fact, my condition has become worse.
I am also concerned that Traya is promoting misleading and potentially fake testimonials. I have evidence in the form of screenshots and videos where influencers appear to manipulate their hair to create a false "before and after" transformation. For example, one video shows a woman claiming that the difference between her hair in 2025 and 2026 is due to Traya's products. However, it is clearly visible that she has simply tied her hair differently, making it appear thinner in the "before" video to falsely promote the product.
These advertisements mislead consumers into believing that Traya's products guarantee hair growth and prevent hair fall, which has not been my experience. Such deceptive marketing practices can influence people to spend their hard-earned money based on false expectations.
I request that you kindly investigate Traya's advertising practices and take appropriate action if they are found to be misleading consumers. I am willing to provide screenshots, videos, purchase details, and any other evidence required to support my complaint.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response and appropriate action.
Sincerely,
Dimple Negi
