Subject: Complaint Against TVS Authorized Service Center for Fraudulent and Deficient Service – Request for Vehicle Replacement
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention the unprofessional and negligent behavior of the TVS authorized service center, [Service Center Name and Address], which has caused me financial loss, mental harassment, and professional setbacks. I own a TVS Ntorq Race Edition BS6, and my complaint is as follows:
On 23rd July 2025, I submitted my two-wheeler to the above service center for repairs. Mr. Soumyajit checked the vehicle and informed me about the issue. I approved the suggested repair, and after completing the formalities and payment, I received the vehicle on 31st July.
However, after riding just 1–2 km, I noticed a strong vibration whenever I used the accelerator. I immediately tried contacting Mr. Soumyajit by phone multiple times but received no response. I also sent a message via WhatsApp, which was ignored.
Due to continued issues, I visited the service center on 4th August 2025. Mr. Soumyajit inspected the vehicle again and claimed that now the clutch assembly had failed and must be replaced, costing around ₹9,000–₹10,000. I was shocked because:
I raised this with the senior advisor present, but he responded rudely, stating, “Do whatever you want, I don't care.” This behavior is not only unacceptable but also highly unprofessional.
I depend on this vehicle for my daily job as a field worker. This issue has affected my work, income, and peace of mind.

- The problem occurred right after their service.
- They had already approved the vehicle as “OK” during delivery.
- The clutch shoe was oily, clearly indicating a service-related failure or negligence.
I raised this with the senior advisor present, but he responded rudely, stating, “Do whatever you want, I don't care.” This behavior is not only unacceptable but also highly unprofessional.
