I placed an order for a mirror on March 27th and made an advance payment of half the amount. However, I haven't received my order yet. They don't respond to emails or messages, and they don't pick up calls. I contacted them several times, and initially, they said my order was packed and would be delivered in a day or two. But now, their contact number mentioned on the website is closed. I've been trying to reach out to them, but they're not responding.
