This is to formally notify Zepto of the unacceptable experience I had today.
I placed an order at 1:30 AM with your advertised promise of 15-minute delivery. After wasting 40 minutes of my time, I contacted your support team and was met with rudeness and zero accountability. Instead of resolving the issue, your agent said, “Do you want to keep it or cancel?” — which is an extremely unprofessional and dismissive response.
Because of your delay, I was forced to cancel the order at 2:10 AM, yet you are now holding my money for 5–7 days, even though the fault is entirely on your side. This is not just poor service — it is unfair trade practice and a violation of consumer rights under Indian law.
I am proceeding to file an official complaint against Zepto with the Consumer Court (NCDRC/National Consumer Helpline) for:
False delivery promises,
Deficiency in service,
Unprofessional customer support behaviour, and
Unnecessary delay in refunding my money.
I expect an immediate refund to my UPI, not after 5–7 days, and a written explanation for this
service failure.
