A few days back on 3 april, I bought 4 articles from Reliance Fashion Factory in Uttar Pradesh but after just a few seconds of billing I want to return one article because of a price issue but firstly the store employee refused to return but after some conversations they are ready to return that artical and give a cradit note but I don't want any cradit note, I'm asking for money but the store manager refused my request. So I registered an online complaint in reliance through email and attempted multiple time calls but they are also not resolved my problem but I feel according to conversation with reliance, Reliance policy is greater than the government Policy. So please take very strict action on them
